Come and join the experience of resplenDANCE!

During each workshop, Rosanne will guide you in various dance arrangements designed to awaken and align your mind, body, and spirit. Inspired by the wisdom of Energy Medicine, the harmony and balance of Healing Touch, and the transformative essence of dance, this experience is a unique fusion that invites you to embrace the innate energy within you. No prior dancing, energy healing, or meditation experience is needed; you'll move at your own comfort level.

As you step into the space, dress comfortably to facilitate unrestricted movement. This session may lead to joyful perspiration, so consider wearing loose and cool clothing. Most importantly, come with an open heart and a willingness to experience something new. You'll learn to let go, to release, and to simply be in the moment. We can't wait to share the transformative power of resplenDANCE with you.

COST FOR ALL EVENTS:
